Remember one sentence

“What are our words right now?”

Say it calmly, every time a call feels off. The real person opens KinShield and reads two words. You check them against your own screen. Match, and you talk.

Excuses are the tell

If they cannot give the words, listen for why.

Setting up

Ten minutes together, then it just works.

    Create your circle

    Give it a name and invite the person you trust most. Free covers you and one other; Pro adds the rest of the family.

  2. 02

    Agree a safe word in person

    Something memorable and silly. Say it out loud together; never type it into a message.

  3. 03

    Pair phone to phone

    One phone shows a code, the other scans it. Do it at the kitchen table, not over a call.

  4. 04

    Practise once

    Ring each other and ask for the words. The habit only has to feel normal once.
