KinShield
For organisations

Stop asking customers to read out their secrets.

For years, callers have been trained to say their date of birth and memorable word to anyone who rings. AI voice cloning makes that habit dangerous in both directions. KinShield replaces it with a branded Approve on a device the customer already trusts.

Dual trust

One session. Both sides proven.

01

The card proves you

Only a system holding your organisation's agent key can raise a branded card in the app. A scammer has no key, so no card appears.

02

The Approve proves them

Approval comes from a device already bound to that customer. You learn the person on the line is the account holder, without a single secret spoken aloud.

How a session runs

From “Can I take some details?” to one tap.

  1. 01

    Agent starts a session

From the KinShield console or your own systems through the session API.

  2. 02

    A branded card appears

Your name and logo, on the phone the customer linked to you. They see who is asking and why.

  3. 03

    Customer approves or declines

One tap. Nothing to remember, nothing to read out, nothing for a listener to steal.

  4. 04

    You get a signed outcome

A signed webhook and an audit record: which session, which outcome, and when.

What changes
  • Less personal data on the wire

No dates of birth or passcodes spoken on calls that could be recorded or overheard.

  • A clear audit trail

Every session has a time-stamped, signed outcome, which suits regulated teams.

  • Customers already know the habit

People who use KinShield with family already trust the Approve moment.

  • Protection in both directions

Customers can tell your real calls apart from people pretending to be you.

Denial is a first-class outcome

A decline may be a customer correctly refusing a scammer who has stolen a key. Do not auto-retry. Do not press.
